The Series VP Case Packer is a compact, versatile and cost efficient, fully automatic, RSC style packer, operating in the speed range to fifteen cases per minute with bottles or cans, or twenty layers per minute depending on layer configuration.

The VP is a top load case packer including erector, pick and place loader and carton sealer employing either adhesive tape or hot melt adhesive as the sealing medium, all within a very compact footprint.

All major motions within the machine are powered by electric drives; either synchronous AC motors or servo drives, with pneumatics powering the remainder. 
Overall control of the machine is by screen based digital controller and operator interface is by digital display, ensuring ease of use and simple diagnostics.
Safety is designed into the machine, including full width self-locking polycarbonate see-through doors, allowing complete vision of the operating process, and walk in convenience for change over.
